The FALCON_FIN D/LAB is DUOTONE's D/LAB-tier fin slalom race board for advanced and expert windsurfers competing on fin at PWA, IFCA and club level. Built on race-winning shapes and CUSTOM CNC SANDWICH TECHNOLOGY, it keeps your focus on speed and line, not on the equipment. Beyond Imagination.FULL CUSTOM D/LAB TECHNOLOGY starts at the core: every EPS block is CNC-milled to its final shape rather than injection-moulded, removing mould-imposed tolerances and saving measurable weight from the start. SINGLE PROCESS TECHNOLOGY then vacuum-bags the top and bottom PVC shields against the core in separate steps — the split that drives the weight-to-stiffness ratio. PVC thickness varies by stress zone instead of running 3mm everywhere. The full layup tops 60 individual parts, nearly 20% more than SLS PREMIUM SANDWICH CONSTRUCTION, and comes in up to 500g lighter than the SLS version and up to a full kilogram lighter than a standard production board.The material stack reinforces every gram: high-modulus and high-strength carbon fibers, the same high-modulus grade used in aircraft and Formula One; Innegra for tensile strength and ding resistance; exclusive S-glass for roughly 10–20% more stiffness than standard glass; and DUOTONE SENTEX® resin with silicon nano-spheres to cut weight at the resin level.For this generation the fin box sits slightly further forward, sharpening acceleration and tightening upwind trim without compromising the board's proven balance.The FALCON_FIN D/LAB comes in eight sizes: 89, 98, 111, 118, 119, 124, 130 and 139 liters. New for this generation, the 130 is derived from the magic 139 — the shape behind the board's light-wind, big-sail dominance — carrying that DNA into a more manageable volume.
